Beauty bits I got for Christmas 2019

Good Evening Loves,

Firstly, Happy New Year! This is my first post of 2020 so what better way to start than with sharing all the beauty items I received for Christmas. Now I know I'm a little late to the party with this one but I wanted to take the time to chill with my family and completely switch off for the holidays. Now that I'm back to work and reality has set in.. let's get on with the post!

First up I received the Huda Beauty Nude Medium palette:

This palette is so stunning as are all the Huda Beauty Palettes - they never fail to impress me. I received the large Nude palette for Christmas last year which is equally as beautiful but thought it would be nice to have a mini palette too as it's handy to take around when travelling etc.

Next up I received the Nars Soft Matte Concealer:

I got this in the shade Custard, Medium 1 and I absolutely love it. I don't normally use cream concealers as I'm not really a fan but this is amazing. It's got such good coverage but isn't too thick and cakey. I think I saw someone using it in a youtube video which is where it initially caught my eye and I'm so glad I decided to ask for it and give it a try!

Following on I also received the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Star Highlighter:

Oh my gosh this is stunning, both the packaging and the product itself - the photo really doesn't so it justice!! This is actually the first item I've owned from Charlotte Tilbury and it hasn't disappointed that's for sure. It also came with a little tester for the famous CT Magic Cream and the Wonderglow primer which I thought was a cute touch.

Next I received the Too Faced Born This Way Powder:

Now this is my favourite powder ever and I'd run out a while ago and just made do with what I had lying around until Christmas. I have also tried a couple of other brands but nothing seems to compare so I'm so glad to finally have this back in my collection!

Following that I received the miniature versions of the Benefit Bad Gal Bang Mascara and the 24-HR Brow Setter:

I love both of these so much - the mascara is 100% my fave and I don't think I'll use another now if I'm being honest. I also love the brow setter and actually used this ages ago and never repurchased.. not sure why lol! It's just so handy to keep my brows in place without looking like I've got anything on them - it's fab!

Last up but certainly not least I received one of my absolute favourite perfumes:

This is the Angel perfume by Thierry Mugler. I had literally been longing for a top up of this perfume for so long and now I finally have a fresh bottle, plus a little travel sized version to shove in my bag when I'm out and about!
